We do not slaughter animals on our farm. All animals are processed at a government-inspected facility, where the meat is cut and wrapped according to each customer’s specifications. Once processing is complete, the meat is frozen and returned to our farm in Silver Creek, GA, for pickup. Please note that we do not offer delivery services.

Goat meat is available for preorder, typically throughout the year. If you would like additional details, please read the information provided below. Preordering usually involves a wait time of one to two months, and we do not have goats available for immediate purchase.

Beef is available now for fall 2025. For further details, please refer to the section on beef below. If you are interested in reserving beef, we encourage you to contact the farm at your earliest convenience. A nonrefundable holding fee of $100 is required to reserve beef; this is applied toward your final purchase.

All of our meat products are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. To secure your order and ensure availability—not only of the livestock but also processing with our abattoir—please make a reservation as soon as possible.
