We have been raising and selling grass-fed meat for forty years. The genetics of our animals, the quality of our grass and pastures, the purity of our air and water -- our environment -- are our top priorities. These values ensure that we offer meat of excellent quality that is delicious, healthy and produced in a sustainable manner.Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been forced to make some changes in the availability of our products. We are working with your USDA-inspected abattoir to meet demand in as timely a fashion as possible, however we are experiencing delays and backlogs.
A few quick notes:
1. We do not slaughter animals on our farm. All of our animals are processed at a government inspected facility, cut and wrapped to customer specifications, frozen and returned to the farm in Silver Creek, GA for pickup. We do not offer delivery.
2. Goat meat is available for pre-order to be picked up in early February or early March. If you would like more information, please read below.
3. Beef is sold out. We will have beef available again in the fall of 2021. Please read the information on beef below and contact the farm if you are interested in reserving beef now. There is a $100 deposit on beef that will be applied to the final cost of the meat.
All meat is sold on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like meat, please make a reservation now so that we can secure your order not only with our livestock availability but also with our abattoir.

We sell goat by the whole goat only. This may be processed any way you would like. We recommend a "family style" cut which provides hams, chops, ribs, and ground meat, all individually packaged for easy use.
We sell beef by the whole, half or quarter cow.
Whole and half beef may be customized to your specifications. Quarter beef offer a set package of steaks, ground beef and roasts.
Beef will be available in October 2021.
