Assuming 4 to 6 chops
2 cups red wine
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire or soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
As much as 1 tablespoon salt, depending on taste preference
As much as 1 tablespoon course pepper, depending on taste preference
Mix all ingredients by whisking over low heat 5 minutes
Place chops in large zip lock bag or sealable container and pour marinade over chops ensuring all surfaces are in contact with marinade. Recommend chopped herb of choice added.
Place in fridge and let marinade a minimum of 2 hours.
While grilling over low heat use excess marinade to brush over chops. 1 inch thick chops require less than 4 minutes per side for medium rare outcome.
